How to Get Here

The road to Springwell is a romantic journey through the Scottish Highlands.

From the South

From the south take the A84 then A85 from the A9 (J10) at Stirling through Callendar and the Trossachs to Crianlarich.  From the North from Perth follow the A85 along the Earn Valley up Glenogil and on to Crianlarich.

From Crianlarich take the right fork at Tyndrum, follow the A82 through Bridge of Orchy across desolate Rannoch Moor and thread your way down rugged Glencoe, surely the most dramatic and atmospheric of the Highland glens, to the bridge where Loch Leven meets the sea at South Ballachulish. Almost there!

Follow the signs for Fort William, still on the A82 and, after 2 miles, as you enter the village of Onich, at the second 30mph warning sign you will see the entrance to Springwell signed on the right. Take the turning and follow the drive uphill to your home for the duration of your stay. (For satnav the postcode is PH33 6RY).

From the North

Leave Fort William and travel south down the A82, passed the Corran Ferry, to Onich. Immediately after the Onich Hotel on the loch side you’ll see the entrance to Old Springwell Croft on your left. Take the turning and follow the drive uphill to your home for the duration of your stay. (For satnav the postcode is PH33 6RY).
