Our cleaning protocols are in line with those documented by the Scottish Government and our Trade Body; ASSC. In addition, we sanitise our Cottages using an Ozone generator as commonly used in hospital laundries.
We do not have facilities to charge electric vehicles. The price for a stay includes electricity used inside the Cottage only. Electric vehicles cannot be charged from the Cottage. The nearest charging points are in Fort William and at the Glencoe Mountain Resort..
Yes, these can be provided at a charge of £10 per item per stay. Please note that cot bedding is not provided.

For our selection of the best, click here. Each Cottage has wireless Broadband internet and a TV/DVD system.
Colonsay, Oronsay and Croft Cottage have washing machines and external airers (please bring washing powder as this is not supplied). All cottages have an iron, ironing board and internal airer.
Cancellations must be made in writing by the individual who placed the booking. The deposit is refundable only if a written request to cancel the booking is received prior to the balance due date which falls due 14 days prior to your arrival. We recommend that you take out travel insurance. Please see our Terms and Conditions published on our website.
Bookings are not guaranteed for a specific Cottage. Bookings may be moved to another Cottage unless specifically requested at the time of booking.
Yes, we offer short breaks all year round. Our minimum stay is 3 nights. Please click here for our current offers.
If you require more than one Cottage please call us on 07826 835 905 or email info@oldspringwellcroft.com. We may ask for a £50 bond per cottage (to be returned after departure). We do not accept group bookings booked online and reserve the right to cancel group bookings made online.
All our Cottages are no smoking Cottages. You can however smoke outside where there is an ashtray for your use.
Dogs are allowed at Springwell. All of our Cottages are dog friendly and we allow 3 dogs per Cottage. There is a £30 charge per dog per stay. Dogs are not allowed to be left on their own in the Cottage and must be kept off the sofas, beds and furniture. The nearest dog kennels are in Kentallan (Jackdaw Kennels 01855 811716) who also offer a daily dog minding service. Sorry but we do not accept cats or other pets.
Colonsay has an access ramp so is suitable for those with mobility issues though the interior is not fully configured for those who require disabled facilities. For those guests looking for disabled facilities please check out nearby accommodation at www.birchbrae.com.
All electricity (not electric vehicle charging) , linen and towels are included . We also provide a starter supply of dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, bin liners, kitchen roll, toilet rolls, hand wash to help you settle in and find the nearest supermarket. Other things provided include a torch, clothes airer, iron and ironing board as well as a hairdryer. If you plan on doing any clothes washing you’ll need to bring some washing powder with you.
